My personal opinion:
I'm not sure if it works or not. 

Because I don't like thick creams especially on my face, they should have swapped it the other way around with the night cream, which has a much thinner consistency. So therefore, I haven't used this cream as much, I used it mostly for my hands.

Cons:
✖ It does not absorb

✖ Thick consistency, feels like I'm going to get wrinkles from trying to rub it in.
